It’s just a season.
It’s my last weekend of events for the summer and my body is ready for a cleanse, a cut, a detox! My body feels strong yet so sluggish from not being consistent with my diet, sleep, or routine. I do NOT regret anything I’ve done or ate this summer though.
Remember, your body goes through seasons, your life goes through seasons and right now it’s my season of being off plan, having a “summer break” and being FULLY present. I had the privilege of doing something every weekend this summer, seeing family, celebrating friends, creating memories with my partner and I can only be grateful.
So I give myself grace and ask you to give yourself and your body grace as well, as you transition through this change, your seasons, and allow yourself to be present.
With that, give your “season” perspective. Don’t fall into the trap of getting comfortable in this season. Be your best coach, remember your goals and grow, bloom, and fall with each season.
